How to get one of those jobs? Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington is ready to start hiring people for the summer, so get your résumés ready. A job fair is being held at the theme park this coming weekend on Jan. 12 & 13 to fill about 1,000 jobs for the 2013 season. A second fair will be held Jan. 19-21.
There are job opportunities available for those interested in learning more about the theme park and hospitality industry including: games, rides, retail, food services, admissions, entertainment and marketing research.
Interested applicants should visit the Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington jobs website and fill out an application prior to attending the job fair. Most of the jobs pay between $7.25 and $9.00 per hour. Interviews are expected to begin at 10 a.m. each day.
